Laperouse Law is excited to announce that attorney Chelsea Milam has joined the firm’s Dallas office, Laperouse Kennedy, PC.

Chelsea has extensive experience in commercial litigation, and joins the firm’s construction law team. Chelsea earned her law degree from Penn State Law in 2018, where she served as Senior Editor for the Penn State Law Journal of International Affairs.
