Patricia earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017, and joined Laperouse Kennedy, PC in 2023. Patricia represents all segments of the construction industry and assists clients with mechanic’s lien and bond claims, construction and design defects, breach of contract/breach of warranty claims, and project delays and inefficiencies. She has also represented clients in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting contracts and negotiating leases, and assists clients in business organization and formation matters. Patricia is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association and the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

- Obtained a successful verdict for property owners seeking access to their property.
- Successfully defended property restrictions on behalf of property owners.
- Represented group of defrauded investors in a North Dallas real estate investment fund against a prominent real estate developer involving claims under the Texas Securities Act, as well as common law fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
